In general, at a minimum, you will need: a project manager capable of dealing with diverse work styles and personalities; an instructional designer familiar with computer-delivered instruction; a programmer or author to use the authoring tool; a graphic artist; a subject matter expert; a web master for maintaining the program on the server and, of course, someone who can obtain funding for e-learning from management.
